Safe Sleep Workshops
Safe Sleep Workshops are hosted at locations such as AdventHealth, Nemours, and Grace Medical Home to educate new and expecting mothers on the risk of sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS). Members practice and prepare engaging presentations that outline preventive measures and highlight the "12 Steps for Safe Sleep." The presented curriculum is derived from Cribs for Kids, a charitable organization dedicated to providing free cribs and educating mothers on the dangers of unsafe sleep environments.
